Order Status:
• Please log into your account to view your recent order history and tracking information. You can also refer to the shipping confirmation email sent from us to get a direct link to your tracking number.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. If your tracking states “Not Found” or “Pre-Shipment info has been sent to USPS,” please allot the full 72 hours as packages are not initially scanned when they are picked up from our warehouse.
• Please also note that USPS doesn’t always scan the packages, but we guarantee that your order was shipped within the processing timeframes of receipt, excluding weekend and holidays. Regardless of if your tracking number updates, we ensure that your package was shipped unless we emailed you inquiring about an ambiguous address or out-of-stock style.
Order Processing:
• Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time frames given below are in addition to the normal processing times.
• Overnight orders are best placed before 11 a.m. to ensure that the package goes out the same day.
• Successfully placed orders with the correct email address will receive an order confirmation email with your invoice. If you do not receive an email, please double check your spam and the email you provided in your order – including typography errors such as “.con” rather than “.com.” If you’re still having trouble, please email us and we will do our best to help.
• If you would like to change the style or item of your order, please contact us immediately within placing your order. Our team will do our best to manually change the style for you. If your order is already packaged, we will not be able to switch out the styles for you.
• If you require an address change, please email us immediately. We will do our best to locate your order and change the address for you before it is printed. However, if your package is already sealed and shipped, a reshipment fee may occur if it is returned to sender.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Free Shipping
We ship worldwide! To see if we ship to your exact location, please create an account with us and select your country from the dropdown menu. If you do not see your country listed, unfortunately it means we do not ship to your country at this time. Some international orders may be subject only to FedEx and not USPS, which may require higher shipping fees. We will email you if your order falls under this category.
GEEKPRODUCE ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.
